Martha Little has won multiple Peabody’s, Gracie’s and Edward R. Murrow awards for her excellence in audio production and storytelling. She developed her audio skills over more than twenty-five-year career as an executive producer at major public radio networks: NPR (Day to Day, All Things Considered), APM (Marketplace), PRI (America Abroad, Studio 360) and News Director at WBUR. In 2015, she joined Audible’s Originals team and rose to the position of Senior Director of Creative Development. While there, she helped drive Audible’s strategic shift to podcasting resulting in a broader market share and built a team of executive producers who created an enormous variety of podcasts ranging from True Crime to Self Help to Fiction to Interview shows. Among the most successful she and her team produced were Chasing Ghislaine and Jon Ronson’s The Debutante. In February 2024, Martha left Audible to set up her own consulting firm, LittleMedia, which specializes in Podcast and storytelling consulting as well as coaching on how to manage creatives. When not working, Martha is busy reviving her college tennis career and lives with her 14-year-old dog, Lola, in Montclair, NJ.
